ABOUT US

Becoming a better speaker isn't about listening to lectures about how to do it. It's about practice, self-evaluations, and feedback from others.

Downtown Coquitlam Gavel Club is a public speaking club for youth 12-17. We allow teens to feel safe and unjudged, while practicing speaking skills and building self-confidence.

Globally recognized education

We are internationally certified by Toastmasters, an organization with more than 280,000 members around the world.
Their curriculum covers many subjects, including body language, appearing confident, vocal variety, and more.
